🤍 All of the physical items from Euphoria are for PREORDER, which means the production of all physical items will start after the end of the preorder period. Production is set to start in the first quarter of 2023 and shipping will follow after our shipping mod will receive all products. This process might be subject to delay.

🤍 Distribution of digital products will take place at the same time as physical products.
🤍 Euphoria bundles are accompanied by stretch goals which will be included with bundles only when the number of orders is met. Stretch goals will be gradually revealed on our Twitter page during the preorder period.

REFUNDS & RETURNS
🤍 Euphoria is not responsible for any damages or delays during transit. As well as stolen or lost mail. Shipping insurance is not included.
🤍 We will not be issuing a refund if you provided us with a misspelt address/name and you didn't receive your order.
🤍 Once you receive your tracking number and your order is shipped we are unable to refund your purchased products.
🤍 Buyers will be responsible to cover any import fees (TAX, customs duties, etc) for their orders.
🤍 We will be able to issue a refund only when:
- your order is incomplete
- the shipping address or your name was misspelt by us and you didn't receive your order
- you received damaged goods thanks to a packing mistake
If you are not able to provide us with evidence, we have the right to refuse to issue a refund.
